**Refunds & Exchanges**
Cash refunds will be issued only if there is a quality issue with the apparel that is due to our error or omission. Your happiness is our highest priority. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund once the product has been washed or used.
Exchanges for a different size can only occur if we have inventory of the size you are looking for. You will be responsible for shipping costs to get your item back to us and shipping cost for the new size. To be eligible for an exchange:
- your item must be unused, odor free, pet hair free, and in the same condition when received, and with hang tag attached.
- your item must be returned within 10 days of delivery of your item to you.
Returns for store credit will be honored if you are not satisfied with your item.
You will be responsible for shipping costs to get your item back to us. To be eligible for store credit:
- your item must be unused, in the same condition when received, and with hang tag attached.
- your item must be returned within 10 days of delivery of your item to you.
Once any return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will let you know of approval of refund, exchange, or store credit.
Sale Items (if applicable).
Sale item purchases are final, no refunds, exchanges, or store credits are offered.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item or items over $75 in value you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Pre order items are not privy to a refund, as you have custom selected a size and print that we many not carry in the store.
